Welcome to Sally's Lake District Cottages

Sally’s Cottages is an award-winning business, founded in 2003, which began life with just a single holiday property. The brand has gone from strength to strength and now boasts over 900 beautiful properties throughout the region. With a great variety of self-catering properties throughout Cumbria, you can choose to base yourself in the lovely town of Cockermouth, Ambleside, or Grasmere ; find peace and solitude in the mountains of the beautiful English Lake District National Park around Wasdale, Eskdale, Buttermere and Borrowdale or seek accommodation near England’s highest mountain, Scafell Pike.

Sally’s Cottages can help you find your perfect Lake District holiday cottage, no matter what you need for your ideal getaway. If you want a holiday for all the family, we have over 500 dog-friendly cottages to rent in the Lake District with some accepting multiple pups, or you may want to find escape in one of our romantic cottages for two or cottages and lodges with hot tubs. Why not holiday with friends in our large cottages, get away from it all in a remote cottage or in a log cabin, or find something a little bit special in one of our luxury cottages?

We have a range of self-catering properties to suit all tastes and budgets including Lake District cottages for short breaks or those last-minute deals, so whether it’s exploring the glittering lakes and stretches of sandy beaches in the North West or perhaps the tranquillity between the fells and the sea of the South West Lake District, we look forward to welcoming you to the stunning landscapes of the Lake District.
