Lovely cottage in a remote location perfect for a tranquil break. It had everything we needed and was an ideal size for two of us and our dog. Lovely walks from the door, and plenty of lambs. Good pubs 15 - 20 mins by car we can recommend The Boot Inn (also walkable) and Bower House for food.

Loved the cottage and the area. We'll definitely revisit the area. We stayed over Christmas for a 'get away from it all' break. We were lucky to have clear, frosty days out but unfortunately we found the heating provided didn't warm up the cottage to a level that could be called cosy. Remote, cozy, and comfortable my wife and I loved it. The views are absolutely spectacular. I went for a jog each morning along the paths behind the house, taking in the incredible scenery. A perfect spot for switching off and enjoying some time away from everything. Would definitely visit again.

Great place and location to stay . Cottage requires better wi fi . and an outside washing line . The Sofa which is uncomfortable requires replacing with a two and one seater . The shower requires being up graded .

Nice cottage, quaint and quirky. Lovely set up with parking seating etc.. liked the dressing room! Quite remote but pubs and shop a short drive away. Walk to boot from cottage is very nice and takes no time and not too bad walking back either. Good for a week getting away from it all.
