Head into the market town of Keswick (3.5 miles) to browse the local shops or take a cruise on Derwentwater. If you’re there on a Thursday or Sunday, make sure you swing by Market Square to pick up some local delicacies at the fabulous market. Or for a day out with a difference, head to Alpacaly Ever After (1 mile) and take an alpaca for a walk or a lama for a trek.
