Dating from around 3,000 BC, it is one of the most stunningly situated stone circles you will find, with breathtaking views in all directions. Magnificent Derwentwater is just a 10-minute walk away from the apartment, where you can hire a rowing boat, take a launch around the lake or simply lose yourself in the scenery.
