Located in the southern Lake District, Coniston is a popular destination with its majestic scenery, wonderful walking and cycling. There is a vast array of things to do for visitors of all ages in the area including Hilltop, Beatrix Potter's home at Near Sawrey, the Lakeland Motor Museum at Newby Bridge, Wordsworth’s Dove Cottage in Grasmere and Grisedale Forest which has cycle tracks and a Go Ape course.
The property is approached via a pretty front garden adorned with colourful shrubs. A bench at the front door provides a handy spot to take off those muddy boots after a day out walking. In the shared entrance hall you'll find a variety of local handmade delights for sale such as, chutneys, jams and marmalades. The twin features a Beatrix Potter theme with patchwork quilts and soft toys, appealing to young and old. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with electric showers over the bath, hand basin and WC.
Outside you'll find a delightful cottage garden for you to share with the neighbouring apartment.
