Cosy, clean and comfortable. Beautiful views over the fields. Friendly and welcoming hosts, more than happy to give great suggestions on local outings and eateries, as well as a great guest book with suggestions from other guests - very very useful. Will definitely be looking to stay again.

This accommodation is absolutely perfect. Very well kitted out with everything you could need. The location is amazing with beautiful views. We stayed on a very wet and stormy week and it was truly magical putting the log burner on and snuggling up cosy together. Everything was spotlessly clean and it had the most wonderful warm feeling throughout.Read more We really did have the best stay. Hide

Fantastic location and accommodation. Very peaceful but the owner is on hand for any queries/issues. Only 25 mins drive from Keswick and plenty of things to do within a short drive. Good suggestion box in cottage of places to go to and walks. We would defiantly recommend this property.

We loved our time here so much, I cried when we had to leave. Alison was so welcoming and accommodating. My toddler absolutely loved seeing the sheep and scamp the dog (who he also thought was a sheep). We had a read of the visitors books, along with a collection of leaflets so we were never short of ideas to fill our time.
