Had a really enjoyable stay here. Loved the real fire which we only needed to use once but it's always nice to have the opportunity. Very cosy. In a scenic, rural spot however main road to the front very busy at times so could be noisy when sat in lounge. Close to beaches so had best of both worlds if you like that as well as walking. Local pub about 15 mins away serving really good food. Welcoming bottle of wine left by the owner a lovely touch.

This was our second visit to Scaw Fell Cottage, and won’t be our last. The cottage is quaint, comfy, overlooking fields in a lovely area, ideal location for seeing all the areas.
