Had a lovely weekend, property is small but very clean and with everything you need. Lovely views from garden and ideal location, especially if you like your walking. Never met owners but did have contact and they were very helpful with our request. Would stay again.

Stunning location. Cottage was lovely, clean, warm & cozy. Only thing missing is a washing machine, which would have been welcome as we had such a wet week, but we packed extra socks & managed to stay dry! I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation. It has room for 4 but suited 2 of us perfectly

Loved the cottage and the location. Work being done in the garden means there is a bit more light and the patio and it’s table and chairs is a great sun trap.
We visited during Covid and the owners had pared down content to a cleanable minimum which was completely adequate, and offered to bring anything that was needed but missing. We didn’t miss anything.
No washing machine, but that is fine - it’s clear on the website and does not hamper the stay.
WiFi mentioned on earlier review - a bit flaky in that could not reliably use WiFi calling (no mobile coverage from ID or 3, but good coverage from BT). Being cut off from the Covid world is actually rather cathartic. Watching teenager play “find the signal” is a new spectator sport.
Comfortable all round, with a seemingly endless hot water supply makes for a cosy stay.
Owners, gardener and housekeeper all delightful people, very friendly and helpful. Will be back.

Hi Donald, thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm so pleased you enjoyed your break, it's the perfect place to get away from it all isn't it? I hope your teenage coped with the hit and miss signal! Come back any time, you can be sure of a warm welcome.
