Treat yourselves to a sumptuous stay at this splendid apartment in the Lake District’s Keswick. Sleeping six guests, the enticing, three-bedroom holiday home is accessed at first-floor level and has accommodation arranged across two storeys, with impressive views out towards the fells. With three bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room, this property could be ideal for a family seeking a Lakeland break or a group of friends eager to escape together. Savour the abundance of superb shops and eateries in Keswick and enjoy your proximity to some great walks and beauty spots, including Derwentwater, less than 500 metres away.

Climb the stairs and enter the apartment via a hall, with access to the utility room. Leave your walking boots in here and pop any damp clothing into the washing machine. Also at this level are all the inviting bedrooms: a twin room, a king-size and a double, all with en-suite shower rooms. Wander on up to the floor above to discover the generous lounge. Settle down to watch the Smart TV together, challenge each other to a pool tournament or simply gaze out at the dramatic scenery. Make your way into the kitchen/diner to prepare tasty meals with the local produce you have bought in Keswick, then call everyone to the table. Guests will be given two permits to park in a car park within 150 metres of the property.

Stroll down to the lake to follow footpaths that will take you on a 10-mile circuit of the water, through some magnificent scenery. Venture approximately 2 miles to the marina at Portinscale, where you can hire rowing boats and try your hand at some water sports. Walk about 0.5 miles from the apartment down to the Theatre by the Lake to treat members of your party to a show.

The apartment was perfectly located for exploring the area around Keswick and further afield. So close to all local amenities and perfect for us and our two teenage children. We were very impressed with both the apartment and the communication and support from the owner. A wonderful holiday that has meant us looking to come back next year.

Absolutely perfect apartment!The location right in the centre of town was amazing!The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils you need.The pool table was great fun and kept our grown up sons occupied in the evenings.We appreciated all the reclining chairs,the Alexa's in every bedroom,all the little details.We were only there for 3 days bRead moreut we would fully recommend the Pencil Museum,the Puzzling Room,climbing Cat Bells,Kingfisher Chip Shop and The Filling Station cafe. Great apartment, lovely furnishing , very clean. If you like to be in the middle of the town it is great but we found it a bit noisy. This is not a negative as the position is great if that is what you like. Would recommend it.

This apartment is truly lovely and well equipped. The location is fantastic right in the centre of Keswick where walking to shops, supermarket, pubs, the lake are all in easy reach. The parking permit meant we could forget about the car and enjoy Keswick. The aparment is refurbished to highest quality. We enjoyed the rainy mornings in the space as Read moreit's easy to relax or play pool. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and hope to return again. Hide

This is a lovely property and we had a great week. The place is very clean and well presented and its in a great location for everything you need, including a 5 minute walk from the supermarket and the amazing lake/lakeside. The only downside was that we only had Wi-Fi for 2 out of the 7 days so I would say that its not necessary suitable for familRead moreies with children or teenagers and it was hard to book things online as the 4G was not great either. Our first stay here and will definitely return. Accommodation was perfect. Comfortable and clean, with everything we needed, in a perfect central location. We were able to park our cars either on the road outside or in one of the designated carparks. A fabulous week was had by all and the sun shone. Thank you Val.

Very comfortable and lovely well furnished flat with abundant amenities in close proximity. Great location within walking distance of Derwent water lake, pubs, shops, theatre and coffee shops.

Great location right in the heart of Keswick. Having an en-suite in every bedroom was so useful, especially with 2 teenage children! The kitchen was perfect as was the living room and having the novelty of a pool table was a much used bonus. A room where you could leave your walking boots was also useful. We used the nearby Keswick Adventures for kRead moreayaking and canyoning which were both great experiences and very friendly as was everybody. There were also so many nearby walks we undertook.
