The design of the home over several levels with cool bedrooms in lower level was great as our week was a very warm one. The view was lovely and the living and kitchen space just perfect to relax after a busy day.

Third time we have stayed here and find it perfect for our needs, comfortable, clean, roomy, well equipped, great parking and only 5 mins from central Bowness. Windermere and Bowness can get very busy at certain times of year but its tucked out of the way enough to be private. We would recommend that on sunny days you close the blinds before going Read moreout as it can get very warm in the lounge, that being said it is nice to sit out on the balcony in the sun. Perfect holiday house. Everything you could need was there. Best shower ever. Best view , had to force ourselves to leave the balcony ! Only minutes from Bowness on foot as long as you dont mind walking up a steep hill to get to the property. Parking in garage was a bonus as the town centre car parks were always busy. Great location for visiting all over the Lake District. We had days leaving the car behind as we could walk to so much. Lovely accommodation, very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Looking forward to returning already!

The is holiday home has a great location, well maintained. We instantly felt comfortable. Fantastic that has garage to park car. We couldn't of asked for more for the price and would not hesitate to book again if we are back in the area.

Location right in the centre of Bowness was fantastic. Property was well equipped with everything at hand. 2 good size bedrooms and plenty of living space. The views to Lake Windermere are quite distant, though enjoyed from the balcony each day. If you are looking for a great base in the Lakes, close to the amenities then this is a good property.
