A stylish and spacious home situated in Keswick welcoming four guests. Boasting a raised front garden with seating that overlooks the humming central town, this is the perfect cottage for guests who like to be immersed in the hustle and bustle while having an elegant property available when they’re ready to retreat.

Heading inside this delightful cottage, you will find a bright and airy lounge with high ceilings and neutral decor. A dining table is situated at one end of the room alongside the open-plan, galley-style kitchen which has everything you need to rustle up delicious meals to refuel you after busy days exploring. When you are ready for some shuteye, alight the stairs to the first floor and find two chic bedrooms which have been thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Choose from a twin room or a double bedroom, and a large, contemporary, family bathroom completes the interior. Outside, through to the rear of the house, is storage space for two bikes, while at the front of the property is a raised garden with a walled patio area and seating. Soak up the sun and enjoy an evening tipple as you watch the world go by.

Keswick is a stunning and characterful Lake District town that has a wide selection of independent shops and pubs for you to peruse. You will also be able to access many walking routes and trails from the doorstep such as the Keswick to Threlkeld Railway Trail. Alternatively, challenge yourself to a hike climbing Skiddaw Mountain or the fell Underskiddaw, with both routes being accessible from the town. If you prefer being on the water, hire a paddleboard or boat on Derwentwater, just 500 metres away.

A perfect location in a roomy well maintained,well equipped,comfortable property. I always make High Corner my first choice for any Keswick stay.

Lovely warm cottage on the edge of town, great for Keswick town centre, the lake plus numerous walks right from the doorstep.

The central location of this cottage is fantastic and surprisingly quiet. The property itself is so comfortable and cosy. We will definitely book again.

excellent location for everything' pubs, walking, and shops no need to use car the whole week, we walked in different directions, parking was outside the owners home on the curb about 8mins walk away from the property i like to see my car from where i stay, and hadnt realised this but at least it was away from the hustle n bustle of the big car parRead moreks.. and i felt the car should be ok. Great patio out the front which we used and great location. The upkeep of this cottage does not do it justice really. It is very tired and in need of some attention to detail and overall care. I would not stay here again as it stands.

We had a great three day stay at High Corner Cottage, the cottage is in a ideal spot for Keswick centre, it had everything you could need and more, very comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Definitely recommend.

Prime location. Absolutely plumb centre of town. Dog can be restricted to property boundary but can also walk freely to the lakeside without having to worry about loads of traffic. Front patio is a massive suntrap. Property is very comfortable and roomy. Best place we have stayed in Keswick, so far.

This is a beautiful apartment in a very convenient location for visiting the lake, shops, restaurants, and pubs. The lake with its walking paths and gardens is breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and appreciated the many helpful suggestions of places to visit provided by our wonderful host, Monica.

Very cosy cottage in a brilliant central location. The beds were particularly comfortable. Very clean and well appointed, we were very pleased to have a hairdryer in each bedroom! Lovely to be able to sit in the living room and see Causey Pike. The only things that would have improved our stay are a better shower and blackout curtains in the front Read morebedroom and the window at the top of the stairs. The WiFi wasnt great but that wasnt really an issue for us. Hide

Perfect location I cannot think of a better spot to stay in Keswick. Warm,spacious and comfortable. Close to all amenities and leisure activities.

This property did not meet our expectations and we left early because of that, relocating to another hotel. Frankly we would not have stayed for even one day had we known in advance what we would find. It was not an experience we would repeat.
