No expense has been spared in the creation of this outstanding holiday cottage set on the border of the Lake District National Park. Gather with friends or family and enjoy far-reaching countryside views, spectacular open-plan living and stylish finishing touches at this spacious home. Nestled within the owner's lush farmland, escape to the countryside and immerse yourself in the tranquillity of this one-of-a-kind property.

Kick off your shoes in the porch and follow the hallway to the heart of the home – the magnificent open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, complete with mood lighting and gorgeous parquet flooring. Perfect for entertaining guests or simply unwinding with loved ones, the contemporary kitchen features a sleek breakfast bar and a hidden corner pantry. The formal dining area, with its French doors leading to an expansive patio, is the ideal spot to savour your morning coffee while taking in the picturesque views. The cosy lounge is an inviting space to put your feet up with comfortable seating and a warming wood burner. A large bay window provides a secondary seating area within the lounge that perfectly frames the countryside and fell views beyond. Upstairs, the family bathroom’s free-standing tub invites you to take a relaxing soak whilst four inviting bedrooms await. There are three spacious king-size rooms, one with its own chic en-suite, and a twin room, all of which are finished in serene neutral tones and promise a good night’s sleep in this quiet rural location. Outside, discover an expansive garden with a lush lawn and patio overlooking the fields. The garden is dotted with paved areas, perfect for basking in the sun and reading a good book. A decked area, ideal for evening gatherings, offers another great spot to relax and enjoy drinks and conversation with loved ones. Please note, a burn runs down the side of the garden, which can become deeper in wet weather, so young children should be supervised.

Perched right on the border of the Lake District National Park, fabulous countryside walks begin on your doorstep, and the historic village of Shap is a stroll of just under 1 mile away. The village is home to quaint pubs, cosy cafes, local shops, and an award-winning fish and chip shop. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the proximity to Haweswater (3 miles), offering access to some of the Lake District's most spectacular peaks.
