The property has three bedrooms: one king-size, a double and a single. Finally, there’s a family bathroom with a deep bath and a walk-in shower. The garage has been converted into a games room/den with a ping-pong table. You’ll have a gorgeous garden, featuring stretching lawns and enclosed by a hedge. At the end, there’s a picnic table, swing set and area for BBQs, and closer to the house you’ll see the hot tub and nearby rattan furniture. The garden borders a field where pygmy goats and Shetland ponies graze.
Cockermouth, 5.5 miles from the property, is a lovely market town with plenty to keep everyone entertained. If you’d like a hearty meal and don’t fancy cooking, take a look at one of the many nearby pubs. You can learn about the local history with a trip to Moorforge Viking Settlement, 3.5 miles away. Alternatively, head to Allonby Beach (6.5 miles) for fun in the sun!
