The cottage is very cozy and comfortable. Ideally located from all the popular spots reducing the travel time . The bunk beds were an added charm . The village Holme itself is a very beautiful village, we enjoyed our early morning walks around the village. The house had everything we needed for a perfect holiday . Thank you so much again.

The photos did not do this cottage justice. It was far more spacious than expected. It had everything you could need and lots of cupboard space. We enjoyed exploring the local area and also visiting familiar favourite places nearby like Arnside and Grange over Sands. Definitely recommended.

We loved our stay here and Beckside or, as we called it, our Christmas Cottage. Christine was a brilliant host. She was happy to help with any queries ahead of our stay and gave us some great recommendations for things to do while we were there. We liked the set up of the bedrooms and the house in general and felt that it had everything we could poRead moressibly need. The location is lovely too, pretty village with enough amenities short term and close to Kendal or Carnforth for big shops and takeaways Hide

The accommodation is generally very good and the first floor bedroom has a lovely view and the amenities a high standard. Great to have a dishwasher and up to date facilities but could do with better instructions for the central heating.

Great location for the South and East Lakes as well as CArnforth and Morecambe. Wonderfully equipped kitchen and utility and the joy of a soak in a bath after a day on the fells rather than just a shower.
