a really enjoyable break, the cottage is in a good location within walking distance to 2 local pubs and a cafe. The cottage is well equipped and the owners are very helpful with advice on places to go and things to do. The garden and farm land which can be used is excellent, especially if you are taking a dog with you.

A gem of a cottage with wonderful hosts! Superb location and beautiful outlook with easy access to local cafe and two pubs for food etc. Ennerdale is our favourite valley in the Lake District due to its natural and wild beauty with less tourists.
