This newly decorated property is situated on a popular residential street in a quiet, central location and perfectly located for enjoying all that Keswick has to offer. The town centre and Fitz Park are both within a 5-minute walk whilst Derwentwater and Castlehead are within a 10-minute walk. There are several great walks from the door including the breathtaking viewpoint from the top of Latrigg and a lovely stroll along the old railway line.

The house itself is a dog-friendly property ideal for relaxing family holidays and walking breaks in the Lake District. The property sleeps 10people in five good-sized bedrooms with three bathrooms. There is a comfortable sitting room with warming gas fire, kitchen with gas oven and hob and a dining room with seating for 10 The property is arranged over three floors with the top floor enjoying some rooftop views across Keswick.

Keswick is a popular location for a Lake District holiday thanks to the convenient town amenities and stunning scenery. The pedestrianised town centre has a friendly atmosphere with plenty of good pubs, restaurants and cafes as well as plenty of independent shops and outdoor stores.

The property is a traditional Keswick townhouse with a small front garden with bench seating for 4 or 5 people. The front door opens into a hallway, off which is the sitting room, dining room and kitchen. There is a separate utility room.

On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed, as well as an en-suite shower room. There is a further and a super-king-size bed zip-and-link that can be converted into 2 single beds on request a family bathroom with bath and separate shower, and a shower room.

On the second floor there are two twin bedrooms and a bunk bedroom.

To the rear there is a walled patio with tables and seating for 10. A gate leads to an access lane.

Great host who helped with all our questions Lovely fixtures and fittings The beds were really comfortable as were the new settees and chairs The dining area was great for we six 5 adults and a teenage child But the oven and hob could do with being bigger for those who want to eat in Thank you Lisa for your lovely holiday cottage

The property is in a good location, only a ten minutes walk from the town. Big house with plenty of room, and well equipped for a good family holiday.
