This is 1 of the best cottages we've ever stayed in. The Welcome goodies were outstanding and much appreciated, with even some treats for the dog. This area would be perfect for cycling and I wish I'd taken my bike. The garden and location is beautiful - it's just a shame the weather prevented us from using it more, but there was so much available in the cottage that it didn't really matter with some great games and books to keep us entertained. We loved it and hope to visit again. Hide

The cottage was perfect for us (6 adults, a 2 year old and a dog). It had everything you could want from a kitchen, lots of room to relax and chat and plenty to do in the games room. Kerry messaged me the day before we arrived and I was able to confirm a few things but everything I asked was already provided. She also messaged me on our arrival dayRead more to say the cottage was ready for us and we didn't have to wait till 4pm. The welcome biscuits, milk, crisps, orange juice and prosecco were very welcome and even spare toiletries were available. I can't fault this cottage, they thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and we had the best time ever. Thanks. Hide

What the photos don`t show is a great grassed area where we played football & badminton,There is also a very large gravel parking area which I don`t think is shown in the photos. We have 3 Newfoundlands and the garden was secure for them although a small pet like a terrier may be able to escape at the bottom of the grassed area into the next field. There is also the use of a partitioned garage which would fit at least 3 motorcycles or plenty of cycles. A special thank you to Kerry the host, for the great communication and effort she puts into this property. We would definitely stay here again. Hide
