I wouldn't call Meadowcroft a cottage!! It's a lovely building with beautiful appartments in a beautiful setting!! Extensive grounds to sit out in and take in the view. The appartment we had was well equipped and very comfortable and came with 2 parking spaces. Ideally situated for trips out to Windermere and beyond. Can't fault it

We enjoyed our stay at 6 Meadowcroft House. The first floor flat is very clean and well maintained with comfortable sofas and beds! The bathroom( (shower only) is very spacious, and whilst the kitchen is smaller, it is well designed. Meadowcroft House is set within a mature landscaped garden with beautiful trees - it is very peaceful. If heading ouRead moret for the day, the Bowness Ferry is a short distance away, and it's an easy drive to Windermere, Ambleside and beyond. Hide
