Ambleside sits at the northern edge of Windermere, with an array of fascinating local landmarks and attractions including Stagshaw Gardens, Townend, Brockhole on Windermere, Wray Castle and Holehird Gardens all within 5 miles.

The wooden open-tread staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find a stylish bathroom and a choice of three bright and tastefully furnished bedrooms. To the front, there's a cheery king-size room and a cosy twin, each with gorgeous views of the lake and the surrounding fells. To the rear, the bunk bedroom is perfect for children aged 5 years and over.
Heading outside, the delightful well-tended gardens comprise a mix of neat lawns and colourful, mature borders, with a charming patio offering an ideal spot for admiring the lovely views and for dining alfresco.
