Cosy cottage for a small family , good riverside location about 20 min walk from town Centre Kitchen well equipped while beds were comfortable Would definitely stay again

Cottage is great location, the river at the bottom of the garden is beautiful! Town is easy to get to and great selection of places to eat and shop. Downsides for us; the double bed was awful. I haven't slept on such a bad mattress in my life. The bathroom had paint peeling off tiles and walls, needs a desperate refurb, it would of been nice to havRead moree had more than 3 tea bags for a weeks stay when you've paid a lot of money for 4 nights. Also the sofa is horribly low and not good for elderly or pregnant people (like myself) The other downside is you are dealing with a company, no an individual person, so I spoke to multiple people before going, sometimes taking 4 weeks to reply. I took our own cot in the end as I was confident they'd put one in. I'm glad we did, as they had "dumped" the cot in the spare room and not put it up. Overall a lovely stay but other things could improve is drastically Hide

Kiln cottage absolutely made our weekend. It was even better in real life, in a beautiful surrounding close to some lovely walks and villages. The cottage is really lovely inside and it instantly felt like home to us. Thank you so much for making our stay so special and we really hope to come back!
