It is a superbly equipped house, probably one of the best we have used and very well situated. Extremely comfortable and the Games Room was very popular with our grandchildren. I guess that the only failing was the lack of proper garden space but this was not a problem for us.

We had a wonderful stay at The Coach House. It was a really comfortable and cosy house, the kitchen was perfect for large meals and very well equipped, with a brilliant games room for general entertaining. We were two families who all fit very well in the house with lots of space to relax and unwind in the cosy living room. Great games and a smart Read moretv. The location was perfect for walks straight out of the back of the house including some gentler ones for smaller kids or more taxing for adults. The local pub The Drunken Duck did lovely food and is close by, along with easy access to Hawkshead, Ambleside etc. We are already talking about our next visit to this house! Hide
