We had a great week at the property in Kendal. A quiet area with great views and easy access to downtown. A great place to explore the Lake District and it's surroundings from.

The house was just what was needed for a relaxed stay. The beds were very comfortable, the bathtub was nice and deep for a relaxing soak and the living room had a beautiful view over the town across the fell. Excellent place to just relax and walk into town when we felt like it.

Great cosy home! We had a great stay, the house was well equipped and clean. The milk, tea, coffee and biscuits left for arrival gave us a lovely welcome. The boiler did break while we were there but was fixed promptly and we were kept informed on what was happening, the service to get this sorted was fantastic.

We had a lovely stay: lots to do in Kendal, great restaurants, shops, etc. The view from the living room window was amazing and the cottage was warm and overall comfortable (main bedroom mattress to soft for us but that's personal taste).

We had a lovely, comfortable stay. Good location to explore the southern lakes. Really loved weather watching out of the front bay window.

Very lovely cottage with a very nice garden in a very quiet location, only 10min to town centre on foot. Comfy beds and the cottage was clean. Kitchen is well equipped and we cooked regularly. Only downside was the lack of a washing machine. A clothes horse for a hand wash is available. We would come again.
