Stone Croft is a lovely well presented and decorated cottage. The Parking space is a bonus and the enclosed garden was safe for our dog. The location is perfect. The welcome pack was very much appreciated - milk, bread, eggs, wine and sticky toffee pudding. Will be booking again and would highly recommend to stay here.

The cottage was beautifully refurbished to a high standard with the added benefit of a parking space. It was close to the amenities of Cartmel and had an enclosed garden which was perfect for our dog. The only downside was the seating in the lounge which we found very uncomfortable. The welcome pack was an added bonus which was much appreciated. "RRead moreesponse from Holidaycottages.co.uk - The owner is delighted to hear you enjoyed the cottage, especially the high standard of refurbishment, the enclosed garden for your dog, and the convenient location close to all that Cartmel has to offer. Its good to hear the welcome pack was appreciated too. Were sorry to hear the lounge seating wasnt quite to your preference. The sofa is actually brand new, but we understand comfort can be quite personal." Hide

This is a beautiful accommodation and a great location. Although it is an old cottage it has the comforts of being modern; not cold like some old properties. Thank you for the welcome pack of bread, milk and wine and handy also providing washing up liquid and tablets and hand wash.
