Our family of 7 adults found this to be a lovely warm spacious cottage within easy walking distance of the town centre and many attractions and walks. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen, good heating, lovely fireplace and good bathrooms.

A house with a great location and thoughtful touches such as loo rolls, tea towels, soap and dishwasher tabs provided. Great hallway for hanging muddy coats and boots. Bedding spotless. Feels more like staying in someone's home than a holiday cottage. Disappointed to find things mentioned in a review last year as needing attention still needed atteRead morention: old TV, broken thermostat and broken back gate. Quick response from holiday cottages to provide a temp fix to the gate and a failed attempt to fix the thermostat. Can't fault their trying but not ideal to be dealing with on a holiday. Overall, not sure this is a four star property but with some tlc, a bit of a refresh and update it could be fantastic! Hide

Great cottage in an excellent location. Easy walk into Keswick town centre where there are lots of food and bars. The court yard is a perfect place to relax in the sun after a busy day.

Well-equipped, high spec, spacious house within 10 minutes walk of Keswick centre. Ideal for a family with dogs. TV was small and ancient, heating tricky to use and back gate needs some attention plus only one room has en suite. But we really liked the place and would stay here again.

We really loved our stay. The house is brilliant. Bright, clean and well equipped. We all slept wonderfully! Well set up for small people with plastic cutlery/crookery/beakers, games, toys, cot and high chair. Great drying rack in the bathroom for all the wet stuff! Really quiet street and we easily found on street parking even in the height of sumRead moremer. Could walk into the town and the lake easily with children. Great stay - would definitely recommend!
