Here, you’ll find everything needed to rustle up a delicious feast using local ingredients, which you can share around the pretty dining table as you plan your next adventure. From here, move through to the cosy lounge, where an array of welcoming seating is set around a roaring open fire. Stretch out on the sofa with your holiday read, or gather for a movie night in front of the Smart TV. Two tastefully decorated bedrooms are upstairs, along with the family bathroom. Outside, enjoy a spot of al fresco dining in the enclosed courtyard garden. Private parking is available for one small car, with further on-street parking subject to availability.

Keswick is often regarded as the Lake District’s adventure capital, and you’ll find a whole host of exciting activities on offer, from ghyll scrambling to paddleboarding. You’ll be perfectly placed to explore the beautiful northern lakes, such as Bassenthwaite (4 miles) and Ullswater (14 miles), and keen walkers can take on the mighty peaks of Skiddaw (5.5 miles) or Blencathra (6.5 miles).
