Very nice and slightly out of the way so it was quiet, but only short walk to the centre. Good size for 2 people but would be a squeeze for 4 adults. Nice and clean with all the equipment you would expect.

This was our fourth stay at cottontail over the past four or five years, and it has always been a good holiday location. The property is in a small estate at the east end of Fitz park and is a very quiet area.

Weve had the most brilliant stay over the festive period. A great location to walk into Keswick in addition to walks in the fells - including Latrigg and Skiddaw. The start of Park run was just around the corner too. Couldnt have asked for more - thank you

Ok for 2 of us and a dog, would struggle with anymore people as only 1 small wardrobe. I would say more a 3 star rated property than a 4 star.

Comfortable cottage with a pleasant garden. Quiet area. Clean comfort beds and modern kiychen. Parking difficult at times in the area near to the cottage. Be prepared for at least a 10 minute walk to Keswick. Parking in Keswick difficult to find spaces and expensive.

A lovely cottage with fantastic walks near by and only 5 minutes into Keswick. Quiet and lovely to hear the river from everywhere. The parking at times was an issue as people park to avoid the payments in the town carparks. Our dog loved the garden but we had to watch him near the gate. We will be back.

Lovely cottage. Really well appointed and clean. A note on the photos- the outside pic with a gate is from the footpath behind the house and the back garden. And the 'dedicated parking outside the garage ' isn't really practical. But there is on street parking on in the cul de sac.
