Lovely flat with everything you need. Incredible views from all the windows. Very light and bright little flat, and very cosy. Bathroom is high-spec, and kitchen is very good too. Parking is quite tight, especially if you have a big car.

A cosy and comfortable ground floor apartment for 2 within 5-10 minutes of the town centre; although as others have pointed out, it is a fair walk back up the steep hill on your return from town. Due to its hillside position though it overlooks a number of hills from the lounge, which is really lovely. The (well stocked) kitchen and bathroom are moRead moredern and the lounge / diner great for relaxing in. Lots of books, games and puzzles. Patio chairs and table outside (quite the sun trap). The only other things you need to know is that being ground floor there was quite a bit of noise from the above apartment (not excessive but you are aware of it) and parking outside the block (you get your own space) is very tight (wall one side and neighbours car other side) which may not easily accommodate larger vehicles or those that need a full open door to get in / out. Overall though a nice stay. Hide

The flat has a well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom and the views over the fells are stunning, but the lounge, living area and bedroom are in need of modernisation. The settee is not what I would call comfy and would benefit from being replaced, as would the dining table. The flat is situated at the top of a very steep hill and needs to be madRead moree clear to guests as some may struggle walking up and down during their stay. Hide

It's a nice apartment with good facilities. Nice view of the fells from the living room. Parking is a little tight, especially if the middle space is taken up by a large vehicle, as it was for us. It's only a short walk to the centre of Ambleside, but the steep climb back to the apartment might be a struggle for some!

This apartment is amazing! The 'high-end' kitchen and bathroom fittings were a real treat and the whole apartment is very well-equipped. Overall very good accommodation, especially the kitchen and bathroom, and well equipped. Parking was a little tight for our large car but if we had brought our smaller runaround we would have been fine. The views of the back garden and beyond were fantastic and we enjoyed watching the wildlife.
