Outside is an enclosed garden with a gravelled area containing a BBQ, furniture and a wood-fired hot tub. There is also a lawned area and private parking for three cars. Bring your hiking books to explore the north of the Lake District National Park. During your stay near the settlement of Isel (0.5 miles), you’ll be surrounded by countryside walking trails from your doorstep. Spend a day meeting the animals at the Lake District Wildlife Park (5 miles) or wander around the Bassenthwaite Lake National Nature Reserve (5 miles). Visit Keswick (12 miles) and walk around Skiddaw Mountain (10 miles).
