A luxurious and tech-smart holiday villa set on the shores of Lake Windermere, this holiday home is ideal for a group of six tech-savvy and adventurous friends. Complete with a cinema and entertainment room, and three en-suite bathrooms with air spa baths, this delightful home is the perfect spot to retreat to after exploring the Lake District.

Head into the spacious hallway where you can access the sumptuous living room which has plush sofas, a digital-effect wood burner, mood lighting and a large TV. A stylish and contemporary kitchen has everything you need to rustle up tasty meals, as well as a sociable space for entertaining and relaxing. A separate dining room has a table with seating for all guests, and a conservatory is great for getting stuck into a good book. Down the stairs from the hallway is a cinema room with a 108-inch cinema screen, and a PlayStation 5. Upstairs on the first floor are two opulent bedrooms with super-king-size beds, and on the second floor is a further double bedroom. Each of the bedrooms is controlled by an iPad that manages the lighting and connectivity, as well as en-suite bathrooms with air spa baths and separate showers. The large garden outside has a BBQ area and a couple of lawns where you can enjoy soaking up the sun or taking a dip in the six-seater hot tub.

Set within its own grounds, you can enjoy some peace and quiet at this lovely home, while still being very close to all the action. Windermere Marina is just 200 metres away, where you can hire a chartered yacht, and the village of Bowness-on-Windermere (1 mile) has plenty of eateries and bars. Enjoy some water sports on the lake such as paddleboarding and canoeing, or take a walk along the trails alongside it.

This property is amazing. We stayed here for a 50th birthday with family, and could not have been happier. The location is excellent, with just a short walk into Bowness. The facilities in the property are fantastic, great kitchen, cinema room and plush fixtures and fittings throughout. The bedrooms were also extremely plush, with amazing bathrooRead morems. Would highly recommend, and Im sure we will be staying here again in the future. Hide

Excellent location and the property is overall beautiful - loved the ambient lighting, the hot tub and the huge baths. The cinema room was such a great addition too. Overall a fabulous house and a great time was had by all :-)

The property was not as clean as I would have expected, there were lots of cobwebs and dust underneath and around the beds and baths, there were lots of spiders and cobwebs around the property, there was dust on the headboards. The property was generally quite tired. Some of the electric blinds didn't work which meant they couldn't be opened. ThereRead more were lots of finger marks on the glass doors and windows. The TV and speakers didn't work in bedroom 2. For the price of this property and the way it is marketed we were disappointed. It is in a lovely location but needs some updating and more attention paid to the cleanliness. Hide
