Explore the famous poet William Wordsworth’s home, Dove Cottage (0.5 miles), now a museum devoted to his life and work. Set out for beautiful walks from the door, head to Faeryland Grasmere (0.5 miles) where you can hire a rowing boat on Lake Grasmere and enjoy afternoon tea in the most incredible setting.
