Exploring further, you will find an invigorating bathroom and two bright, spacious bedrooms: a cheerful double and a lovely twin. The patio can be reached from the lounge and from the double bedroom’s French doors. With garden furniture, this is an ideal space for dining alfresco on a relaxing sunny day. A few steps lead up onto an expansive, fully enclosed lawn. You will also have access to the shared hot tub and summer house.

Brampton (2 miles) is a cheery market town with some great places to eat and drink; it makes a great base for discovering beautiful parts of Cumbria, Northumberland and the North Pennines. The remains of Hadrian’s Wall run to the north (5 miles), while nature lovers can head to RSPB Geltsdale (3 miles) to spot grouse, owls and curlews. Other local attractions include the Roman Army Museum, Solway Aviation Museum and Talkin Tarn Country Park, all within 10 miles.

Great property for a break in Northumberland / Cumbria. A nice welcome when we arrived. Cosy house. Dog friendly with good sized garden fully enclosed. Would definitely go there again.
