Set in the picturesque area of Lunds within the Yorkshire Dales National Park, it’s surrounded by rolling green fields offering peace and tranquillity. You’ll find the popular market town of Hawes is 6 miles away where there is a selection of food and gift shops, plus antique stores.

This is a modernised home decorated with soft pastel shades and furnished with solid oak furniture, integrated appliances and porcelain tiled floors. The entrance features a stone-flagged porch that leads into the open-plan living room, kitchen and diner. There are comfortable sofas and an armchair to lounge on, a pretty stonework fireplace with a wood burner, and a dining table and chairs that seat three. Cosy up in the evening in front of the TV or enjoy some music through the Bluetooth speakers and Bose surround sound system. The kitchen area is modern and bright with more pretty stonework detailing at the window, and is fitted with all the appliances you need for a home-from-home stay. The final room on the ground floor is the bathroom with a bath and WC. Up the open tread staircase, there is a master suite with a king-size bed, window seat for scenic gazing and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a single bed that overlooks the beautiful countryside.

The garden is the star of the show that’s set at the front of the house, with an enclosed patio area and grass. The breathtaking panoramic views can be admired for hours. There is a summerhouse with lovely, far reaching views where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine or read a book. The summerhouse is furnished and equipped with a television. Please note the summerhouse is not heated.

Cosy and comfortable cottage in an idyllic and rural location. Fantastic attention to detail and a lovely welcome hamper plus super toiletries too. Good location for exploring the local area by car, but equally good for local walks from the door. The summerhouse is wonderful for watching the local wildlife.
