Enjoy the convenience of Keswick and the beauty of the Lake District from this single-storey holiday home. Sleeping four guests, and welcoming canine companions, the two-bedroom abode is situated within the Cumbrian town, less than 0.5 miles from its vibrant centre. It is the same distance from the shores of scenic Derwentwater and well placed for getting out and about in the surrounding, picturesque fells. The property has a garden that captures mountain views.

Open the front door and step up into the hall to slip off your wellies or walking boots and hang jackets and dog leads. Stroll through to the lounge/diner to relax and gather your thoughts after your exciting excursions. Chat together, play games, read your books or find a good film on the Smart TV. Unpack any fresh Cumbrian provisions you have bought in Keswick through in the stylish kitchen. Here you will find everything you need to help you cater for your party. Gather together round the table in the main room for lively, holiday feasts. When you a ready to enjoy a superb night's sleep, wander through to the king-size bedroom, where there is a Smart TV, or the bunk bedroom, which is suitable for adults as well as children. There is also a family bathroom close by. Follow the steps out into the garden to bask in the summer sunshine. Dine out here as often as possible and chat long into summer evenings over a bottle of wine.

Walk 1.5 miles from the cottage to see the famous Castlerigg Stone Circle. Make some sandwiches and wander down to the beautiful lake to follow all or part of the 10-mile route along its shores or to hire canoes to take yourselves out on the water. Book seats at the Theatre by the Lake.

Lovely newly done up property in a great location and spotlessly clean. Driveway is a bit tricky as quite narrow and steep but there is ample street parking in a quiet cul-de-sac too. Newly done out feel to the property which is nice but it is lacking some basics such as a roasting tin, hairdryer, oven crockery etc. also no welcome pack and only a Read moresmall amount of toilet paper so take all you need with you.
