Owner very helpful. Lovely remote location high up on Birker Fell, sunsets stunning, few degrees lower being up on the moors and windy. Track to get to cottage ok, just need to drive very slowly . Tesco order recommended but note there is only a small bench top fridge/freezer which fits only a small amount Recommended walks - Down track to Boot (BoRead moreot Inn good for food) , follow proper track on right and not OSO map directions ; Devoke Water (up the hills on right best views) Hide
