Set in the lakeside town of Bowness-on-Windermere, you’ll be close to plenty of amenities while also benefiting from nearby nature walking trails, scenic viewpoints and historic attractions.

Settle into this bright and airy property with a blue and grey-toned lounge which offers comfortable seating around the gas fire and TV. Three steps from the hallway take you to the dining room with a wooden table and glass patio doors which lead to the garden. Continue into the contemporary black and white kitchen, which has glossy cabinets and a breakfast bar. Climb the stairs to find a family bathroom with a large corner bath and four bedrooms – one with an en-suite as well as two front-facing rooms that offer glimpses of the lake. Outside is an enclosed garden with a patio, furniture and a BBQ.

Start your day with a stroll around Windermere-on-Bowness to discover the interactive Beatrix Potter attraction and an array of eateries to try out (within 0.5 miles). Stroll around Bowness Bay (0.5 miles) and hop on a boat for a tour of Lake Windermere. From Bowness Nab (1 mile), you can catch a ferry to Far Sawrey, where you can find the National Trust Claife Viewing Station (2.5 miles) and the Hill Top Beatrix Potter House (3 miles). Soak up the views of the national park from Brant Fell Viewpoint (1.5 miles) or Queen Adelaide’s Hill (1.5 miles).
