Very cosy in the heart of the village Great for going out on the town at night. Easily accessible to Ambleside for beautiful, Rydal caves to explore and waterfall. 3 nights was not enough. Definitely be back for more adventures.

Cottage is in a fabulous location right in the centre of Bowness. We parked the car on Friday and didn't move it till we left on Monday. Very cosy, beds comfortable, reasonably well equipped (we had to buy a tin opener), shame it doesn't have a real fire, that would be so nice but all in all, a very nice property and we would return. The big plus tRead morehough, is that location, fantastic. Hide
