You can, of course, elect to have your stay catered and spend your time playing in the games room or lounging in the cinema room instead. Situated just 2 miles outside of Cartmel, you’re well-positioned to enjoy walks in the countryside and hikes along the seafront as well as spending some time at Cartmel Racecourse and getting stuck into adventures in the Lake District National Park (3 miles). Be sure to visit the similarly spectacular Holker Hall & Gardens, less than half a mile away, or take a trip to Grange-over-Sands (4 miles) where two golf clubs and a promenade with dramatic Morecombe Bay views await.
