Excellent property in a lovely setting. Very high standard of cleaning. Very well designed and laid out. Very comfortable. Property has everything you need for a few days peace. Would highly recommend.

The cottage is lovely. It's a very cosy and comfortable place, and has been really nicely furnished. The perfect place for a single occupant or a couple. Great location within the Southern Lakes. I'd highly recommend a stay here.

We had a wonderful time staying at Willowbank Nook and would highly recommend it. The apartment itself was lovely and well equipped for most of the cooking we did and the small fridge and dishwasher came in very handy. The apartment is located just outside Ambleside, away from the hustle and bustle but still conveniently placed to walk 15/20 minuteRead mores into town. Although the walk back up the hill to the apartment isnt called The Struggle for nothing. Hide

Lovely modern and well appointed apartment. A lovely quiet setting with views of surrounding countryside and neighbouring cows. Just half a mile walk into Ambleside town centre - its all up hill back, but that was welcome after a delicious dinner in town!

Quality and well equipped apartment. Ideally situated for local walks and exploring the Lake District. Access to the property is via a very steep hill but worth it for the beautiful and peaceful setting.

Willowbank Nook is a peaceful retreat, near enough to the centre of Ambleside to access the facilities but removed enough to appreciate the serenity of the beautiful surroundings; stunning views over the hills and a babbling stream on the doorstep; very zen. The property is finished to a nice spec, very clean with everything we needed.

Perfect for our stay in the Lake District. Very secluded spot, but with easy enough access to Ambleside by car or if you fancy a little bit of exercise by foot. Property was amazing and would definitely return again.
