Entrance to the cottage is via the sunroom, a lovely bonus extra space with a couple of quaint wicker chairs, perfectly placed to rest tired legs whilst removing muddy boots and wet coats. Onwards into the spacious living room where you're sure to feel instantly at home. There's a choice of a three-seater sofa, two-seater sofa or traditional armchair, all gathered around the wood burner, ideal for cosy nights in relaxing in front of the fire. A TV with smart connection provides the entertainment.
Off the central hallway at the back of the cottage is the modern country-style kitchen and useful pantry space. Well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, handy microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer as well as a useful washer/dryer, cooks are sure to love cooking up a feast in here! An adjacent dining room is perfect for sociable mealtimes, all gathered round the wooden dining table or the second TV.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. First up is the master bedroom. With a feature pine double bed, matching pine wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table and decorated in calming greens, it's a lovely relaxing room. Next up there is a second double bedroom, this time with a charming metal-framed double bed. This double bedroom also has its own en-suite shower room (with WC, wash basin and shower cubicle), a real treat. Last but by no means least is the cosy twin room, with matching metal-framed beds and a handy chest of drawers and walk in wardrobe for storage. Also on the first floor is the family bathroom. As well as the WC and wash basin there's a bath with a shower over, meaning all tastes are catered for whether you prefer a soak in the tub or an invigorating shower.
There is private parking for one car outside which doubles as your welcome outside space with a lovely bench for making the most of the sunshine. There's also a picnic bench in the kitchen yard for dining alfresco.
