The apartment is accessed via a communal staircase, there is also a lift that guests can use but this is not managed by the owners.(there is step free access from the front door, but a short flight of stairs to reach the lift when accessing the building from the car park). The property offers wonderful, refurbished accommodation for four. With a modern kitchen, fantastic living-dining room, two lovely bedrooms, a double and a twin, two bathrooms and its own designated parking space, there's a lot to love about the property!
With everything that Keswick has to offer right on your doorstep, there's certainly plenty to see and do during your stay at the property. Head to beautiful Derwentwater, just a short walk from the apartment, for a day on the water; hire a canoe or rowing boat if you're feeling adventurous, or simply enjoy a ride on one of the popular launches. Why not don your walking boots and set off on the circular 10 mile walk around Derwentwater? Walk along the lakeshore and through beautiful woodland, you'll be rewarded by stunning views all the way round. For those with an interest in the more mystical, a walk up to Castlerigg Stone Circle is a must - see if you can count the same number of stones twice! Linger over coffee and homemade cake in one of the many independent cafes or stock up on local produce and souvenirs at the weekly market.
Fell walkers will delight at the number of mountains you can tackle straight from the front door without needing to get in the car. Head up ever popular Latrigg for stunning panoramic views over Keswick, pause for a moment at the famous bench near the top, perfect for a flask of tea. Continue onwards and upwards to mighty Skiddaw, England's fourth highest mountain. Scramble up Catbells or Walla Crag, the picturesque views over Derwentwater are certainly worth the climb!

Head inside the property and you'll feel instantly at home in this refurbished apartment. All the rooms are located off a central hallway allowing for super easy and relaxed living. The modern kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, handy microwave and even a slimline dishwasher - if you did fancy doing the washing up yourself though, you can do so with a view! The sink is perfectly positioned in the window with a fantastic view towards Latrigg and Skiddaw. Next to the kitchen is a handy storage cupboard containing a useful washer/dryer, boot rack and hooks for coats. Across the landing from the kitchen is the quirky living-dining room. Set in the eaves, this is a wonderfully cosy room but thanks to its two dormer windows still manages to make the most of its elevated position. This time the view is to the front, over trees and pretty St Johns Church to Grisedale Pike and the Coledale Round in the distance. Gather round the dining table for a hearty home cooked meal before moving seemlessly to the sofa and armchairs for a cosy night in. For entertainment there's a TV with Apple TV and a speaker should you wish to play your own music.
Next along the landing is the modern family bathroom. With a bath and shower over (as well as the WC and wash basin), all tastes are catered for; indulge in a long soak or reinvigorate tired muscles under the shower.
