This spacious and comfortable terrace house has been beautifully refurbished and sits in the middle of a row of three-storey slate houses. You enter into a stylish and welcoming living area, complete with a handy coat rail and shoe rack conveniently located to your left. The living room seating consists of a triple sofa, triple upholstered bench (with back), and two single armchairs. There is a Freeview/Smart TV with DVD player, box of DVDs and large coffee table. There is also a cupboard containing a range of children's board games, as well as a collection of cookery books, so there is plenty to keep everyone entertained! The wood burner and large dining table make this the sociable hub of the house.
An open doorway leads through into a spacious kitchen, containing everything required to cater for a large group: oven (with electric hob, grill, two full-sized oven spaces and a warming oven), integrated fridge and freezer (with ice tray), toaster, kettle, radio, microwave, washer dryer, sink space and dishwasher, plus a full range of utensils. Every detail has been thought of in this chic, modern kitchen space.
A carpeted stairway leads up to the upper rooms, which have all been beautifully decorated to coordinate with the soft natural hues of blue, yellow and grey on the ground floor. A full-length mirror is hung at the top of the stairs. There is a shower room containing a toilet, small sink with lit mirror and a heated towel rail (the shower has a luxury waterfall shower head, as well as a standard one). The second bathroom has a bath (with shower over), sink with lit mirror, heated towel rail and toilet. The first bedroom you come to is a twin room, with a wall lamp above each bed and a rail with clothes hangers at the foot of each bed, a set of shelves and a mirror. A window looks out onto the yard and lets plenty of light in. The second bedroom is the master bedroom, stylish and spacious with a king-size bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps, a wardrobe, colourful bench, set of shelves, vanity table with a mirror and stool. A large window looks down onto the street.
On the top floor, there are two more bedrooms. The first room is laid out as a single bedroom but does have a double bed, so could be used for two. The bed is against the wall on one side/ There are shelves and a lamp next to the bed, a coat rail, draws, table with stool and mirror and a skylight window, making this a lovely bright space. The second room is a spacious king-size room with a sloping ceiling and a gable window, giving it the feel of a cosy hide-away space. There are two bedside tables with a lamp, a table with chair and mirror, coat hooks and a Smart TV, with Freeview.
At the back of the house is a yard, which you can access via the kitchen or through a wooden gate round the back. Along one side is a slate shingled plant bed and there are two small metal tables, with four chairs, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. This is a good space if you need to store bikes, kayaks and general outdoor equipment but you will need to bring locks, as there is just a simple sliding latch on the wooden gate.
