Guests enter the property via the shared front door and entrance hall from which you access the inner door to the property. There is coat hanging space immediately inside just before the staircase which takes you to the first landing. Here you will find the bathrooms and utility space. The modern family bathroom has a 'p' bath with over-bath electric shower and a white suite. The gorgeous shower room next door has a stylish mixer shower with drencher head in a large curved enclosure, perfect for soaking away tired muscles after long fell walks. The light filled utility room is at the back at the house where there is a washer/dryer and sink as well as plenty of space to store your muddy walking boots.
Moving along to the other first floor landing you first reach the spacious kitchen, this has been thoughtfully equipped for the foodies among you with a fitted double oven, five gas hobs, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, two under-counter fridges, coffee percolator and all the crockery and cookware you'll need for your stay. There's also a small breakfast table making for sociable food prep and a large map to help plan your mountain adventures.
The delightful light living/dining room occupies the front of the house, it's a gorgeous space to relax with huge sash windows, a fresh colour scheme, stunning wall art and thoughtful design touches everywhere. The double room also has a metal bedstead and a built in cupboard with plenty of hanging and storage space while the twin room has a wardrobe and dresser and a great view over Keswick's rooftops to the fell tops beyond.
Lastly to the beautiful master suite on the third floor. This room is an absolute gem built in to the attic space of the house with a king-size bed, a coffee table and chairs, along with a hanging frame and large chest of drawers for storage. It has dual aspect windows with gorgeous views taking in a huge range of fell tops including Latrigg, Skiddaw and Blencathra to one side and Catbells, Maiden Moor and Grisedale Pike to the other.
