Alternatively, should you be ready for a bigger adventure, then head up to mighty Skiddaw which stands guard over the town. You could always pack a picnic and head over to Derwentwater's shores via the charming path through Springs Wood across the road or for a treat, why not hop on board one of the Keswick launches to lap up the glorious scenery from the water?
On arrival at the house, guests enter via a glass sliding door into a spacious porch with plenty of space for boots and coats. From here you enter into the main hallway.
