Inside this ground-floor apartment is a fresh, modern space with two comfortable bedrooms ideal for a family or couple wanting to make the most of this area. Well positioned for an easy potter in to town or for the countless walking opportunities surrounding it.
On arrival at the property guests enter straight into a porch with coat hooks then on into the open plan dining and kitchen area. It's a light open space with wooden floors and modern decor which gives a warm welcoming feel as you enter. The compact kitchen is well equipped with a built-in fan oven, five gas hobs and a microwave. There's also a washing machine and fridge/freezer along with all the crockery and cookware you are likely to need for your stay. For mealtimes, there is a wooden dining table for four and along the main corridor from the open plan space there are books and games to entertain you during your stay.
To the right of the dining area is the living room. It's a warm and spacious room with two brown leather sofas for curling up around the gas effect stove, taking in a film on the television or just taking in the views from the large windows. The TV has Freeview and there is a Blu-Ray disc player too. As with the rest of the apartment the living room has well-chosen local art adorning the walls for decor.
Next along the corridor is the cosy bunk room, an ideal holiday den for children with its own built-in wardrobe. Onwards to the beautiful master bedroom. This stylish space has a king-size wooden bedframe and matching large wardrobe and dressing table. The owners have designed this space with a subtle modern palette of colours making the most of the space and lovely large bay window. The family bathroom is spacious, with a WC, sink, bath and separate shower cubicle.
Outside the apartment has designated parking for two cars within the shared parking area at the back of the property. Guests also have a little gravelled area to the front with a bench to sit out on sunny evenings.
