The town is well known for being the Lake District's adventure capital boasting a vast array of adrenaline fuelled activities in the great outdoors for visitors to sample. If you're hoping to don your walking boots then you could scarcely be better placed as there are numerous walks from the door including Latrigg, Walla Crag or the ancient Castlerigg Stone Circle and should you be ready for a bigger adventure Skiddaw, one of England's mountain giants, stands guard over the town. Alternatively hop on board one of the Keswick launches to lap up the glorious scenery from glorious Derwentwater.

The dining area has a dining table and chairs for four making it the perfect place to catch up over a delicious meal.
In the living area you'll find two large sumptuous sofas and an ottoman, just perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring everything that Keswick has to offer. The living area is arranged around the lovely wood burner, ideal for cosy nights in. For entertainment there's a flatscreen TV, DVD player and Sky TV.
At the rear of the cottage is the fully fitted kitchen; enjoying a view over the rear patio, this is a country-style room that cooks will love. The kitchen is fully equipped to the highest standard with all the modern conveniences you could ask for: there's an integrated dishwasher, a useful washer-drier, fridge/freezer and separate microwave. There's also a large, feature range-style cooker with five ring gas burner, two ovens and separate grill. Leading off the kitchen is the conservatory-style sitting area, with table and seating and an external door to the rear patio, meaning you can enjoy the feeling of being outdoors even if it's raining.
Upstairs there are two gorgeous bedrooms and the modern shower room. The front bedroom benefits from a feature oak super king (6ft) bed. With lovely views to Latrigg, bedside tables, dressing table and fitted wardrobes, you'll feel perfectly at home in here. The rear bedroom also offers generous stylish and comfortable accommodation. This room has a king-size metal bed (5ft), with bedside tables, dressing table, armchair and fitted wardrobe. The family shower room has a large walk-in power shower with rain-head and separate shower attachment, vanity unit and large heated towel rail, perfect for warm snuggly towels. High quality cotton bedding and towels are provided.
To the front of the cottage there is a small sitting area with views over the rooftops towards Latrigg - it's the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. The rear patio is enclosed and private, benefiting from rattan seating and a dining table. Free on-street parking is available.
