For the ardent road cyclists the area's mountain passes are a must.

The property is a fantastically situated cottage along a quiet street in the popular Lake District town of Keswick. On arrival at the property you are greeted by a large glass porch area providing bags of space for all the muddy boots you are sure to accumulate on your Lake District adventures. The porch leads directly into the lovely welcoming living room. There are delightful exposed beams, a built-in gas effect fire, a large wall mounted television with Freeview and three gorgeous brown leather sofas perfect for lounging around after your busy days. Despite being in a residential area you still get fabulous views out to the fells.
Moving through the hallway you first reach the light spacious main shower room. It has a large walk-in shower enclosure and a substantial modern vanity unit. Beyond here lies the bunk room. It's a great space for kids or teens with standard size bunks, a wall mounted television and a large wardrobe.
Onwards to the extremely well-equipped kitchen diner. This has modern grey units and a light airy feel due to its double height ceiling and well thought through layout. It has a built in eye height microwave, fan oven, halogen hobs and a dishwasher. It also boasts a wonderful american style fridge/freezer and breakfast bar. For more formal dining it has a beautiful heavy oak table and six upholstered chairs. It's a great room for sociable food preparation and long post dinner chats about your adventures. Off the kitchen there is a utility cupboard with washing machine and ironing board etc. There is also a tumble dryer in the games room.
The modern ground floor double room has an en-suite shower room, wardrobe, dresser and a lovely view out on to the enclosed garden to the rear of the house.
Moving up the staircase from the living room area you'll arrive at the stunning master suite. It's a wonderfully relaxing haven boasting stunning views of Blencathra to the rear and Latrigg and mighty Skiddaw to the front. It has a king-size bed built in to a modern wardrobe suite and a splendid window seat area for making the most of those stunning views while you glance up from a good book or just hide out from the family in your peaceful retreat. Its light airy en-suite shower room has an electric shower in a curved enclosure a vanity unit and a full length mirror.
The delightful enclosed rear garden has been thoughtfully planted with shrubs and climbing plants around paths, a patio and a lovely deck are for outside dining. As well as this there is a further custom built table and chairs in the style of a breakfast bar. Ideal for spending summer evenings with a glass of something refreshing! The outbuilding has room for outdoor gear such as bikes and kayaks and a tumble dryer. Also, a complimentary pool table with folding table tennis conversion.
