This cottage is very small. Do not under- estimate this!! The location is ideal, but this location is a choice compromise/tradeoff against a more comfortable cottage and a garden with parking.

Absolutely loved our cosy cottage as base for exploring the lakes! Everything you could possibly need was supplied to make our stay run smoothly including cooking equipment, cleaning stuff and towels & washing machine etc. The location was fabulous, a short 3 minute walk from the centre of Keswick with vibrant character-filled pubs & walking shops.Read more We managed to park around the corner approx 5 min walk from the cottage outside one of many B&Bs but could unload outside cottage door. 10/10 stay! A comfortable and cosy cottage in the centre of town. It was perfect for our 4 night stay to explore Keswick and the surrounding area. The kitchen is very small so less suitable if you plan to do lots of cooking during your stay and we didn't find it as clean as the other rooms but overall enjoyed our stay. Regular visitor to The Cobbles every year. Always clean, warm and comfortable. Small, especially the kitchen if you want to do proper cooking but perfect size for me. Lovely and quiet location although just few mins from the centre of Keswick and all it's amenities!

Cosy cottage, great location, but parking is a nightmare. There was no pull in available, so we had to carry everything (several journies) about 10 mins away. The kitchen is very small, and not over equipped.

Fabulous location in the heart of Keswick where multiple choices for food and drink. Well equipped property but it is small and dont expect to cook anything substantial in the kitchen . We ate out or used the m/wave. We managed to park about a 10 min walk away which was fine. Very quiet and nice neighbours . Great holiday

My 5th time at " The Cobbles". I absolutely love it! So quiet and comfortable I feel so at home here. It is lovely and warm due to the excellent gas fire as well as central heating. It is small but perfect for me! The location is ideal so central but extremely quiet. I visit Keswick twice a year but sadly this may be my last stay at this property aRead mores the price is jumping considerably higher next year so I will have to look around for something more within my budget.
