The living space has a lounge with seating around the wood burner, and during the day you’ll get natural light through the French doors. You’ll get a lovely airy feel with the vaulted ceiling and cream walls, and there are some charming paintings hanging. There’s a nook for the kitchen and a small dining table, perfect for two people. You’ll have a super-king-size bed for deep, restful nights. The studio is completed by a shower room with a WC. Step outside, where you’ll find a stretching lawn enclosed by a hedge so your dogs can sniff around and enjoy while you watch from the patio table.
You’ll be staying in a great location, around 200 metres from the nearest pub. From here, natural landscapes reach in all directions. If you need supplies or fancy a spot of shopping, the market town Appleby-in-Westmorland is 2 miles away. Alternatively, take your dogs for a walk around Rutter Force Waterfall (1.5 miles) or to Stenkrith Park (10.5 miles), a lovely spot with a stream so your dogs can swim, you can paddle, and everyone can explore the woods.
