A short flight of stairs leads you up to this first-floor apartment with a secure entrance and lobby. Entering the apartment, you will find the bright, refreshing lounge/diner. The lounge is a lovely space to sit back and unwind, complete with plenty of seating, a Smart TV/DVD and views over the harbour – on a clear day you can see across to Scotland. There’s also a charming dining area in which you can all get together to enjoy a family meal, which you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen. Exploring this fresh, nautically themed property further, there are two pretty bedrooms: a welcoming and spacious double with plenty of storage space overlooking the harbour, and a light, relaxing twin room, as well as a stylish family bathroom.

The apartment is perfect for exploring the picturesque resort of Maryport, which is home to a range of cheerful pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as a marina, harbour, the Lake District Coast Aquarium and Maryport Maritime Museum.  Other local attractions include Senhouse Roman Museum (1 mile) and Maryport Golf Club (2 miles), with the Solway Coast just to the north (2 miles) and the Lake District just a short drive inland (8 miles).

Lovely apartment, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The views over the harbour and the marina towards Scotland are glorious. Several gentle walks straight from the front door but, if there are mobility issues, please be aware that there are steps up to the building as well as the flight of stairs up to the first floor apartment. A fantastic apartment on the harbour front, overlooking numerous fishing vessels. Beautifully decorated and kept spotlessly clean. Nothing was needed and everything catered for, with information , books, dvd,s and cd,s all provided. The kitchen contained everything you could possibly need for any meals you wished to cook yourselves. The apartment was one of the best we have stayed in. The standard of cleanliness was high and the equipment provided was all that we needed. The location, right on the harbour front was wonderful and close enough to all the shops, restaurants, cafes etc and local attractions, like the aquarium and Roman museum, to allow visitors to walk there in miRead morenutes. Lovely, well equipped apartment in a quiet location. Great for exploring the local area. The sunsets over the harbour were amazing. Good selection of places to eat nearby with friendly staff and good value for money. We would highly recommend this property.

As soon as we arrived we just felt really at home and relaxed in this beautiful apartment. Very tastefully decorated with lots of bright seaside colours. A lovely view of the boats from the comfortable living room window.Being close to the Lake district was great as well.
