Exploring this warm and inviting cabin further, you will find an invigorating shower room and two cosy bedrooms, each with a Smart TV: there’s a spacious double room and a charming twin room overlooking the woodland area. Back outside, the decked terrace has plenty of outdoor furniture so you can enjoy a BBQ, sit back with a morning coffee or a glass of wine and take in the pretty woodland views.
Skelwith Bridge (2.5 miles) has some friendly places to eat and drink and is ideal for visiting the northern shore of Windermere (4.5 miles). Rydal Water (6.5 miles) and Grasmere (8 miles) are to the north, with other local attractions including Wray Castle, Rydal Cave, Ambleside Roman Fort, Tarn Hows, Rydal Mount and Gardens, Stock Ghyll Force and Wordsworth Grasmere (all within 8.5 miles).
